Delivery & Returns Policy
CBD Shopy offers delivery to UK customers only. Subject to product availability, your order will be dispatched within 1 working day.
You will receive an email to notify you once your order has been dispatched. If you have chosen 48 hour tracked delivery, you will receive a unique tracking code via email once your order has been dispatched.
Please make sure the address details you supply at the time of order are relevant and correct.

Free shipping is offered to orders over £45 from UK Mainland and Northern Ireland. We use Royal Mail and Hermes for order delivery. Where possible, please contact them directly for any delays or package inquiries.
Changes to your order
Changes to your order can be made up until the order is dispatched. If you would like to make a change to your order, please contact us quoting your order number.
Lost or Undelivered orders
We may charge a redelivery cost if your order is returned to us due to incorrect delivery information supplied by you or the package was undeliverable through no fault of our own, subject to discretion.
Please contact us if you do not receive your order within the stated delivery times. We will endeavour to investigate and, where needed, resend your order. We will contact you via email if we are made aware of any delivery delays.
Delivery of items is made via Royal Mail or Hermes and will also be subject to their terms and conditions. You can cancel your order at any point, free of charge, up until the order has been dispatched. To cancel your order, please contact us quoting your order number.
You may return an order within 30 days of receipt. All returns must be unopened and still sealed. To discuss a return, please contact us quoting your order number. You may be charged for returns.
